I called Austin Air Rescue in response to a card my mother received. I wanted to notify them that she has a contract with another company, and ended up scheduling an appointment to have my furnace inspected. This organization is dedicated to their customers and the pricing is very fair. Chris was very knowledgeable, very informative, and very diligent. He answered every question I had, and I was very impressed with the shoe covers and mats he used to protect my home. I'm sure my mother will be using them soon as well.
