i dropped a shampoo cap down the bath tub drain. i know. i called them thinking i had used them before for snaking out the same drain (which cost $150). i was told me that they have a $80 dispatch fee but would waive the fee if i let them do the job. she wouldn't give me a ball park and i thought i had used them before.
