No ambiance at all-2 very large standard poodles greet you-and it's a bit intimidating-however, they are good advertisement and service is good. My dog always comes out looking and smelling good and he is not traumatized. Prices are reasonable, and it's easy to get an appointment, and a convenient location.
Pros: I have no concerns about the well being of my dog, and they follow my instructions.
Cons: No ambience at all.
