API is always friendly, helpful and honest! I couldn't ask for more! The staff is always efficient and I couldn't ask for a better facility! I like the fact that they're not afraid to inform me of what's going on with my car. Most places don't do that and then wonder why customers leave when a breakdown happens. Personally I'd rather know in advance regardless of what news is given! That kind of honesty is what makes or breaks a business in my opinion.
