My 35 year old Bernina's foot controller broke and I looked online for replacement parts. I ordered from one company and they didn't send the part and when I tried to call and email I got a disconnected number and no replies to my emails. I then tried Sewing Parts Online. I looked at their website and then called them. They were great. If I remember correctly they were a father and son team. I ordered my foot controller from them and it arrived when promised and works perfectly. I will order from them again and refer them to friends. Thanks for letting me review their service.
