A few years ago I was having serious pain in my arms and hands from too much typing, and after having little or no success with acupuncture, I decided to try massage. A friend referred me to Adelyn, and she worked wonders! The massages helped undo the damage caused by the keyboard, and she also counseled me on how to improve my work habits and avoid further damage. Eventually we got things under control and I was able to stop going. I've been happy and pain-free ever since, and I can't thank Adelyn enough.
