Arrogant, condescending, and stupid is how I'd describe my experience with this company. They acted like they were doing me a favor coming out to my house, and thought I was so gullible to accept a $375 fee to check for a gas leak, and then $875 to fix it !! I declined their services, called Nicor who tested it for FREE, and then called a different plumber in the neighborhood who came out within an hour and only charged $160 to fix the gas leak. I would never call Bishop Plumbing again !!!
