I have been getting massages for several years because I train for triathlons and am either always sore or injured. I have never been satisfied with the massage therapists I have been to until I started going to Janice. She is very knowledgeable about the muscles in your body and how to help prevent injuries through different stretching exercises. She is also very thorough and takes her time with her massage techniques. She does a nice job of listening to your body and really focuses on the areas that my be causing stress. She is great at what she does and I would highly recommend her.
