WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever had to deal with. They came to install my phone and told me the system was out of service and someone would call me back in few hours to provide my phone number and activate it.\r
As you can imagine, they did not call me.\r
I've called back more than 10 times and never get an answer on what is going on.\r
The attendants are rude and love to put you on hold.\r
By email? They don't even read your message!\r
It's been a week and guess... I still don't have my phone working!\r
And the worse: I have already paid for the phone this month!!!\r

Cons: customer service does not work. And believe me: you will need it.
