Twice I had SW come out since they are the closest. Three times now I've had other companies, all of which were more polite and none of whom were insulting enough to suggest that the only real solution was a huge $7K bid one time and $8K bid another time. I've since learned from other plumbers that the $8K bid had much cheaper options any respectable plumber knows (and I now take care of it myself for about $60/year). The $7K bid was referred to by other plumbers as, "Well, yeah, that's ideal but rarely is done and most plumbers would offer but never pressure". The work done was ok... pricey but adequate, but after the 2nd visit reeking of arrogance and trying to brow beat me into multi-K $$ bids and treating me like an idiot for not doing a 2nd mortgage to do the work I decided never to call them again.
