We have been waiting 3 weeks to get a washer that had a cracked drum replaced! Customer's that purchase the Performance Service Plan beware - Best Buy's policy states that once they replace a defective product the "plan" is fulfilled and what ever time you had left on your PSP is now void! Finally after 3 weeks, 6 representatives & 1 supervisor, replacement was approved this morning and now have been trying to reach a customer service rep at the local Torrance BB on PCH since 10:00 a.m. to schedule the exchange and nobody answers the calls!!!! The phone just rings and keeps coming back to the main menu. What kind of customer service is this??? Sorry Best Buy, but it is going to be a long time before I ever purchase another product from your company!\r Gloria D. more
