Derby City Rentals did a fine job in providing tables and chairs for my wedding and reception. However, 6 weeks after the event the company charged $150 to my husbands credit card without any authorization. We paid in full 2 weeks prior to the wedding and suddenly they decided to charge the account. We were not billed for anything else. Eventually they contacted us back (days after we left messages to enquire the charges) and they left a message claiming that some tableclothes were missing, which is untrue. We have tried contacting them again to dispute the unauthorized charges and they will not return our calls. We have had to get the bank involved to remove the charges and it is a giant headache! I will not trust this company again and do not suggest using them to anyone. Be careful giving out your credit card number!
