I took my Jack Russell to Banfield for a routine check up prior to taking her to a boarding Kennel. I have used Banfield in two different States since I first purchased my dog. My dog has a weak trachea which sometimes causes her to cough but is otherwise not an issue. (Incidentally, the trachea problem was diagnosed by a Banfield vet in North Carolina.) The local (Mountain View) Banfield Vet called me and told me that my dog had the Bordatella Virus. I told her that this was not possible since my dog was well and had no symptoms. When I went to pick up my dog, I had to refuse treatment and basically tell the very young vet that her diagnosis was wrong. I had to insist that no treatment be given. From this experience I have learned to be careful of Banfield. \r
