Phebe's is a great bar....nice relaxed atmosphere! Excellent happy hour...drinks half price!!! Food is delicious especially the phebe's burger & nachos! Place really gets going on the wkend....also great to go watch football when u can get $3 beer! A major plus is their hot staff.....think it must be a job requirement!!!!!! Highly recommend going to see for yourself!
