I have two dogs that are both about 3 years old and have gone to the same groomer all their lives until today. I recently moved from Central Phoenix to Cave Creek and decided to try this place which is a little closer to home.\r

I dropped the dogs off at 9am at which time they quoted me $50 to $60 per dog and said they would be done in about 4 hours. 9 hours later I finally get a call letting me know they were done. When I go to pick them up they informed me the charge was $65 instead of the $50 to $60 originally quoted. In addition, they were cut a lot shorter than what I had asked for and the tops of their heads were horribly shaped. I'm so wishing I would have drove the 30 minutes to take them to their normal groomers. Now I know!\r

The doctors did seem very friendly and knowledgeable, so it does seem like a good vet if you're ok with a $52 office visit - I'm used to $35. However, I definitely won't be going back to find out as I think I'll also drive the extra 30 miles to take th
