They left us standing at the airport for an hour and half.\r
I asked for something to offset the inconvenience and CJ the manager said he would take $5.00 per day. Great\r
It still didn't make up for the fact that I was 3 hours late to an appointment in Fredricksburg. \r
I received my credit card bill and they had not taken off the $5..00 per day as a matter of fact the added $4.00 for 2 hours of parking because I left it at the airport.\r
Enough said for trust and customer service. \r
Rent from the big guys, you pay a little more but it is worth it.
