First of all, I would just like to say that I work for the Neroli company. It is a great place to work and a great place to get services. I highly recommend going there. One of my friends got her hair colored at another salon in the area and paid over $200, she got the same thing done at Neroli after I recommended her, for less than half the price and said it was the best color she ever had. As for the previous negative comments, I would just like to say that its sad that former scorned employees would write such outlandish comments. Its obvious that they weren't doing their jobs correctly and were terminated because Neroli holds such high standards. Neroli is one of the best salon and spas to go to when you want to relax and get a great service whether its a massage, facial, or hair. Everyone really works hard at what they do and they are all wonderful. If you don't believe me, then go to the Bayshore location and go see Kanin to get your nails done. If he can't please you and make your day great then no one can, he is amazing. When someone has a bad experience, they are more likely to tell everyone they see than if they have a great one. The front desk girls are probably some of the nicest girls you will meet. The previous comment about the IBW staff asking if you need a bag for small purchase is because the company is trying to be as green as possible, and follow the Aveda mission. If putting a few products in your oversized purse is a problem, we would be happy to give you a bag. Guests are always top priority at Neroli and IBW, we strive to make your experience as wonderful as possible.
