I took my guitar in for a truss rod repair, and was planning on a simple 5 minute stay. I thought quick, easy and affordable. I was wrong. Runzo's did a horrible job of repairing my $500 dollar guitar. And for the price of $80 to turn a knob 1/8 of a turn is a little much. I woulnd't do it my self as i don't know how. They also almost forced me to buy new pickups, new strings and a polish. they dragged me on and on about whats wrong with my guitar although i knew some things we inefficient I just couldn't afford it.\r
