After reading the two previous reviews I was not excited to try this store, the first review is terrible and the second makes it sound like they cater only to people from the Church - which I am not a member of. I was forced to go since it's one of the few men's clothing stores that open at 9AM and we needed a suit FAST for my son.
I am SO GLAD that we went in! Although initially we were not even greeted by the first salesperson we met as we entered, we were then handed off to Mr. Randy Brotherson who was THE BEST salesperson I have worked with. Mr. Brotherson gave us his undivided attention, answered all questions thoroughly, patiently and honestly, and provided crucial information about wearing the suit in a way that my teenage (know-it-all) son would listen to. The result was that we obtained a very HANDSOME SUIT at an EXTREMELY REASONABLE price and, also, my son wore the suit the way that it is supposed to be worn - without me nagging him to "pull the pants higher". In fact, my son received many compliments from the adults at the event for which the suit was purchased. They complimented him on the suit and on how comfortable he looked in it!
Thank you Mr. Brotherson for your assistance - we will be back for more suits for the other boys in the family!
Pros: Mr. Randy Brotherson for courtesy. Excellent alterations made quickly - and were free.
Cons: Not all the salespeople were courteous.
