After first confirming the appointment by phone, Miguel and Jonathan showed up right on time. Both were smiling and professional and, as advertised, explained and demonstrated their process. The carpet looks cleaner overall and some pet stains that were obvious are now gone or, at least, less visible. Very impressive work! \r

The price was a bit more than I was quoted on the telephone, but they couldn't quite measure the square footage without being here. I suggest measuring or estimating the square footage of the area being cleaned prior to calling.
