Our shag carpet in the family room and office had seen a lot of wear with both small kids and a dog. Their product and service brought new life to the carpet. Miguel and Polo were friendly and efficient. Miguel took some time to explain how the cleaning material works and test an area. When they were done the carpet smelled fresh and looked a LOT cleaner, many areas were like new. The cost was fair and the end-results were excellent.
