I called this place for pricing and was told $10 per day for one dog, and $15 per day for 2 if they share a kennel. We dropped off our 2 dogs at 2pm. There was no signing anything - just basically handed her the dogs, their food and the shot records and that was that. (Very uncomfortable, almost felt like I was a nuisance for even showing up at all) She asked when I would be back to pick them up and I said ""around the same time tomorrow - about 1pm or 2pm."" She said ""Okay"" and I went on my merry way. My husband went to get them the next day and was oblivious to any arrangements I had made or what the pricing was. He showed up just before 2pm got the dogs and came home. When he got home he mentioned how uncomfortable the whole experience was and how expensive one night of dog boarding was. As it turned out - she charged him $30 for one single night of dog boarding in one 5x5 kennel! I immediately called and (very calmly and politely) asked her if there had been some kind of mistake on the pricing - since she'd told me it was $15 over the phone. She replied that if the dogs are picked up after 12:00, you're charged for a WHOLE EXTRA DAY! I said that that would have been nice to know - since we could have easily been there before noon if we had known it was going to double in price over a matter of 2 hours. Her response was that the noon cut-off was posted on the website and on the door of the kennel. But I never went to her stupid website and she met us outside - I never even looked at the door (which she had to know, she was with me the whole time.) I told her that she should have informed/warned me I would be charged for an extra day when I told her we would be there at 1 or 2 for pick-up. She just said something like ""well I can't help you with that now"" and I was so mad I just hung up. I have never felt so deliberatly decieved and mistreated by a place of business before. I've never bothered to write a review before but for this I just had to. Go somwhere else.
