Matel Realty in New York is terrible! Avoid renting an apartment from them! Unhelpful, incompetent, apathetic - we have had numerous maintenance and safety issues and they were impossible to get a hold of for help, sluggish in acting, and had constant attitude. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
