A friend made me a salmon dish featured in Tom Douglas' cook book and it was absolutely incredible. I then saw Tom on the Food Network show Iron Chef. I was intrigued and thought that his food looked amazing. I thought I would try out one of his resaurants and selected Serious Pie. OH MY GOODNESS. Amazing doesn't even describe. I have now been to this restuarant numerous times and I have never been disappointed. Each time is an introduction to new combinations of flavors that you would never expect on a pizza but are delighted to enjoy. It isn't inexpensive, but it is well worth the money. I have gone on weeknights and weekends and because it is rather small it can get crowded especially on the weekends but it is so worth the wait.
Pros: not ordinary boring pizza
Cons: parking is tough and it can get crowded ....but worth the wait!
