After gaining a good deal of weight last year I finally decided to seek out a nutritionist to help me achieve my goals. I was eating a great deal of refined sugars and carbohydrates mainly so wanted to find a well balanced diet without going hungry at the same time. .I am very pleased to say that I have lost about 14 pounds so far after working with Marissa. She is a wonderful nutritionist and very encouraging.
