I hate writing reviews or signing up for stuff like this(I am probably going to get spammed to death now). But I am willing to get over my own phobias long enough to write a review about this place. First I will say, I am a real person and am not affiliated in anyway with this business. I say that because I think this place rocks!!! I just moved to Houston, this is the best place I have found for buying QUALITY glass. I am a BIG Roor fan, but I ended up buying a PH(x) Trinity. The staff was very friendly. I have been back 3 times since(once for some new 18mm bowls, once to get a new diffused down stem for my ashcatcher, and once today to but a new windproof lighter and some more 18mm bowls-haha). This guy Jason seems to call most of the shots in there, He is super friendly. He even steered me away from one brand of lighter and told me about another that better suited my needs. He listens and is clearly informed. Takes a real customer friendly approach. Offers to replace or fix anything u r not satisfied with. Offers to order anything for you to make you happy. If you buy a lot of stuff(like I have been- I've been bored), then they will cut you breaks on their prices. I think their prices are fairly reasonable- I priced a couple of their Roor's against the Gas Pipe in Austin and Smoke Dreamz won. I went to Smoke Dreamz b/c I found it on here when I googled ""Houston Headshop"". I can see why so many people write great reviews about this place. If I had to say anything negative, I'd say their parking lot is very narrow, so watch out when turning in off Richmond heading west. The exterior of the building and parking area are going thru some construction right now, but it hasn't interfered with my shopping. I would also say they are more of a smoke shop than anything else- if you are looking for hippie clothes or stuff like that, then this wouldn't be the best spot. Mainly a really good place to buy nice glass. If there is a better spot in houston, please tell me where!!
