THE WORST BUILDINGS!! The people at the Parkoff Management company are just horrible people. They do not care at all about their Tenants living conditions. I'd not recommend anyone to apply for any of the buildings the Parkoff Mgmt. has to offer. Trust me mere looks may be deceiving but nothing compares to the way these people treat you. I lived at one of their building on Matthews Avenue, Bronx, NY for 6 years and it is indescribaly distguisting and dangerous.
