Hello everyone this is Rene at Madhatters Tea. I want to apologize for anyone who has had less than stellar service. After 15 years of providing a place to come and enjoy we obviuosly have made some mistakes. I wish I could contact you personally so that I can apologize face to face. There are times when I have been at my cafe working and things would just not go well at all. (to the point where I wonder if I made the right choice to continue in this business) Don't get me wrong, I am very proud of the last 15 years and again I am sorry when guests are not treated well.
