I have been going to Visible Changes in the galleria for over 10 years. I initialy started going because it was close to me but now I drive all the way from Spring because of the excellent service I receive from Kim Marie. She has been doing my highlights for the past 3 years. She is very personable and professional. I am always receiving compliments on my hair and it is because she does an amazing job. From the beginning, she has been very knowlegable and able to tell me what colors would look best on me. I'm so glad I listened to her. She is also great a ""fixing"" problems. I was having highlight issues when i came to her and she fixed me up with great colors that look very natural. You cannot go wrong with Kim Marie, her service is second to none!
