Other reviewer is off-base. I have been there at least twenty times. Each time, if I have ever needed something, someone has offered to help me. The prices are very high, due to being in a high-rent district. The excellent selection and variety and convenience is what this business hopes to offer in exchange for rather high prices. They succeed on all counts. The staff don't smile vapidly all the time, but are very very helpful and courteous.
