I just returned from living in New York City and called TLT who cleaned for me 12 years ago. They were booked solid but gave me an appointment with Carleys Cleaning another company in center city. TLT staff was kind and responsive to my call. They created a miracle since my condo was under construction and they handled me with kid gloves. Once my cleaning was done TLT called to follow up with me to make sure I was happy. Then I got a call from one of the owners at Carleys too. These two businesses are professional and all about follow up. I am a single mom with a dog and a small business so my time is short.
