United Cargo Logistics should be avoided at all costs, because in the end, if you use UCL, they will cost you hours of time and frusteration. Customer service is cocky and unhelful. If your warehouse facility and corperate offices are not at the same location- watch out- this throws them off in a big way. Shipping requirements are not provided until after the driver comes to pick up the order, then leaves without providing detailed informaion of the requirements. As somone that arranges 100's of TL's and LTL's per year, UCL has been the absolute worst expierence ever.
