this is definitely the best tattoo shop in philly, no question! everyone there is very friendly, and make you feel like you're a part of their tattoo family. everything is custom, so come prepared. also, they take a deposit to hold the time, which is good cause on the day of the tattoo you owe less. i've gotten all my work here and would never go anywhere else.
