I recently went to Bridaltown to look for my wedding dress and my brides' maid dresses. Before going like, most people do I check out the reviews. I was amazed and intrigued by the bad reviews. It was the thing that really pulled to go check it out to see for myself if it was so bad that I would have a good laugh. I set out to maybe find a Amityville Horror Show, but instead the town it was in was so quaint and nice not at all like what the reviews said so thing were looking up I thought.. I was so right!!! The store was very pink and it is in an old hotel, but it was tastefully done. I walked in to the reception area and found the same. Tasteful wall paper that was a nice pastel floral it had a very Victorian look to it with pink mauve carpet to complement it. I found the staff very nice and helpful. My consultant was Catherine; she was so sweet and more than willing to accommodate my every whim. I had such a great experience there! So after my trip I had to write a review correcting what other people were saying. I don?t know where these other people have gone to look for their bridal wear, but in Pennsylvania this is a wonderful place. If you want to get picky you might not go to any of the bridal shop in PA because some are in old houses and others are in what use to be a funeral home like the Bridal Chateau. My advice is give it a try and don?t judge a book by its cover or by some bridezilla?s reviews. It is such a nice place, in very nice town, with extremely nice staff that I am so glad I went. If I had believed or what other people had to say about this quaint bridal shop I might have missed out on a potential place to buy my gown.
Pros: everything
Cons: prices are little high
