We initially had given Palio's 1 star for HORRIBLE service we received. This review was ONLY redeemed because of the owner. Much of the info will remain the same though for the sake of the issue we had.
Pros: quaint, free wifi & good seating for work or study
Cons: Deplorable service and facility smells of souring milk
