I took back a gorgeous black velvet dress that had sheer black sleeves and sleeve fringe. Brand new - had all tags. But they said it was 'last year's model' or something they no longer carry. I know it cost over $75 but they would only give me $9 credit - and of course there is Nothing in the store for $9. I'll never go there again!
