Interested in a company that will treat you right when your laptop is on the fritz? Then avoid this company. Don't purchase the company's warranty service; it isn't worth paper it is written on. My laptop died 4 weeks ago and I have received the runaround; it took a week to get a box to mail the laptop back (and then they sent the box to the wrong address). It took another week for the company to look at my laptop. They told me they can't fix it but won't tell me what they did to determine what was wrong. For the past 2 weeks, I've left messages for someone is MicroCenter's so called ""customer service"" to return my call about next steps.
