Justin was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, however, they neglected to give me a very important piece of information up front. There is an $85 service call charge, by far the highest of the 6 companies I called. For 15 minutes of work maximum, which basically consisted of tightening a few nuts which I had already identified and replacing 2 bolts, some lubricating and a check of the opener. Just seems overpriced to me, especially since they are only about 1 1/2 miles away.
