I tried numerous times to call the doctor to schedule and appointment. The phone continuously rang busy. I gave up after a few days. After waiting over two weeks, I tried to call again for an appointment. I spoke to the first woman who answered the phone and explained the situation. She then put me on hold for over 3 minutes. Another woman then picked up the phone and said, ""What do you need?"" I explained that I had already talked to someone else. She was very rude and said, ""Well, you can either tell me, or you can go back onto hold."" I hung up on her. I like the doctor a lot but not enough to put up with rude service! My daughter has been going to Dr. Conti since birth. I'm pregnant with Baby #2, and I will not be going back there again.
