When did the internet become a place to bash honest companies trying to make a living? I cant believe the last two reviews of this company. I have dealt with them for 11 years and have never had a problem that was not address quickly and fairly. They have always gone the extra mile for me. For example, just recently I had a trip planned to go to the Tri-Cities for a family camping trip with 19 relatives and I have the only boat. I went to pick up my boat from lake merwin and prepare for the 4 hour drive. The boat would not start. In a panic, I immediately called pacific boatland (Sat morning). They ask me some questions and we tried a few things over the phone. Nothing worked. I took the boat to them and they called a technician in just to work on my boat. He assessed the problem, installed a new fuel pump and they had me on my way in less than two hours. The boat ran perfectly. This is a company that cares about their customers, and two sour grapes reviews should not deter anyone from doing business with them. The many happy customers dont take the time to do reviews, but the unhappy few will tell everyone their story.
