I am a 54 year old woman who was visiting my son 500 miles from home when my car suddenly wouldnt shift. At the time I didnt know it is called ""limp in mode"", a fail safe way to get a car into a garage that has a problem. Van Andel Flikkema Chrysler Jeep was very nice and courteous initially, and diagnosed the problem as a complete transmission failure that would require an entire rebuild costing thousands. The entire cost amounted to over half the worth of the car, so as one could imagine I wanted some time to think about it. For whatever reason, call it female intuition, I didn't feel they were being upfront with me and didn't know what to do.
Pros: Clean, well organized
Cons: Tried to steal money from me, cover it up, used intimidation, maybe gender discrimiation
