We have used James Pest for 4 years now. Their technicians are polite, knowledgeable and on time. We get a quarterly spray and annual termite spray but anytime that we see anything between sprays that is a problem, we call and they come out ASAP. For example, they have had to help us combat some problems. They take the time to inspect to find the source of the problem instead of just spraying and hoping for the best. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
