DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Once they have your money they could care less about you. They promised a dress ready for today (we made an appointment) and they did not have it ready for us. They had forgetton about us and the appointment. They also did not make a jacket for my mom (the mother of the bride) that she had already paid $125 for. Instead she got too large pieces of fabric and the sample that my mom wanted the jacket based upon was sold! It's a family business, but they don't treat you like family at all. DO NOT GO TO BEAUTIFUL BRIDE IN PLAINVILLE CT!!!
