In working with this company (one bike purchase, and service on three others) I have come to the conclusion the their overall philosophy is one of "making excuses" and not feeling compelled to see what they can do, only what they cannot do. I have had my bikes serviced or repaired here about five times. Not once have they completed the work on time, were the costs in line with their estimates or made any attempt to make up for bad service - even when the would freely admit the service was poor. With the fact that there is no Honda competition, they may feel it is unneeded. Since this pattern of behavior is not acceptable to me, I will make efforts to deal with the other shops.
