This location was not willing to rent us a car based on our international license (in English) inspite of us confirming with their 1-800 customer service that they could rent us a car on international license if it is in English. The enterprise agent, Courtney, at this location was absolutely unwilling to listen to their own customer service representative. Since we didn't have a car and there was no way we could get to an airport to pick a car from a different rental we just went to Enterprise's next nearest location on state st, Hamden and rented a car from them on the exact same license. However, I would never again rent a car from enterprise if I had another choice.
