When my dog met Ross and Kelly, I quickly realized that I didn't have a choice: Toby had already chosen them and their wonderful pack, and there was little that I was going to be able to do to drag him away from all of the fun that they were having.
As I watched them work (over months of time), it became evident to me that they are providing a level of service that is incredibly hard to find. They are remarkably attentive to each dog's individual needs. Not only do I trust them with Toby's life, I'd trust them with my own.... They're that good. (And, I'd be in much better shape if they picked ME up everyday, too!)
There are quite a lot of dog walkers out there in LA (I've seen them in action) who don't deliver on their promises. But Ross and Kelly are the real deal. They've dramatically improved my dog's quality of life. I can't say enough good things about them.
