My journey started one year ago. I am a young guy who never really thought that I would have a medical problem. Through my new insurance at my new job and at the urging of my wife I finally got a physical and to my surprise I had high cholesterol and hypertension. My doctor told me that the only way for me to avoid medications is by losing weight. I tried everything out there and was successful for a month then regained. Everytime that I regain, my pressure goes even higher. After my son was born six months ago I decided that I needed professional help and really lose the weight. I discovered Valens through a friend of mine. I am happy to report that I am now no longer overweight and have normal pressure and cholesterol.
