The front desk is difficult. They want to know in detail what your need is, for reasons that are not clear because the vets do not refer back to previously provided information. Subsequent visits or calls with vets are usually back at square one - they sometimes even contradict themselves. Maybe they are too busy to take the time to know their clients or that's just not their way. They also charge for missed appointments, but do not provide courtesy reminder calls. more
