I have taken my dogs to her 2 times now and each time something has gone wrong. She (Dee) is unfriendly and not a nice person at all. The place smells worse than a pound! The first time I took them their I told her they were not used to the Dallas heat, (we just moved from VA) and I asked they be watched. They were only their for 7 hrs and when I brought them home they both were sick and breathing heavy. The vet said it was to much heat. The second time was a overnight visit and we were going to give her a second chance. The dogs have become acclimated to the heat, but I asked for a nail trimming. When I picked them up, my shepard mix, was crusty and wet and only one or 2 nails had been cut. I don't feel at ease when I drop them off, she needs to get out of this business.
