I went to Best Buy to purchase an expensive HD TV with various trimmings. The salesman was very short with me and was constantly interrupted by his headset intercom. I bought the home installation package by Geek Squad.\r
Nobody came at the appointed time. # times I was told the installer would call. He never called. Finally they told me he did not have me on his list and would not be coming. They rescheduled me for a week later. When I had a fit and told them I'd taken the day off and completely torn down my old equipment, they said they could come in 4 days. The phone number on my invoice for store contact rings without ever being answered. The phone directory at Best Buy does not give one the opportunity to speak to a manager. This is gross incompetence. Beware!!!
